If you are purchasing from a direct/independent seller, please make sure that you ask to see the samples of the products you’re getting before purchase.

Please Note: Unfortunately, Couleurs Cosmetics cannot offer refunds or exchanges for any lipstick, liquid lipsticks, lip pencils, or cosmetics products due to possible sanitary concerns.

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal payments in US Dollars only. PayPal allows customers to pay using their credit or debit cards. PayPal account balances and bills accounts without sharing your personal information to the public.

Please note if you pay with PayPal “E-Check” it takes an additional 5 business days to process. PayPal will not allow us to ship your order until they verify your payment has cleared.

We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS). Priority mail (which takes approximately 3-5 business days), and Standard shipping (which takes approximately 3-7 business days) for domestic delivery.

We also offer a same day shipping fee in NEW York/ New jersey area.

USPS does not have guaranteed shipping times, only an average of 3-5 business days for domestic orders, and 5-14 for international orders. Because of these average times, we must allow a grace period of one month for domestic orders, and one and a half months for international orders.

Yes! We currently ship international to HAITI, Canada, the Bahamas, and the UK.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DISCLAIMER
International customers must pay applicable sales tax, duties, and customs charges, which are determined by your local government, and vary by country. Duties, taxes and/or customs fees will be an additional amount collected upon delivery of your order. We are unable to provide you with the exact amount of the charges. Your order confirmation details only the amount collected by Couleurs Cosmetics, please contact your local government for specific details.

By completing your order, you agree to pay all applicable fees. If you refuse or return your order no international shipping charges or fees paid to local government will be refunded.

International Orders are shipped by The United States Postal Service. Delivery time varies, depending on your country’s customs regulations and procedures. If you don’t receive your package within several weeks, check with your local post office and local customs office as they could be holding your package for payment of duties. We appreciate hearing when you receive your package so we have realistic estimates to tell our other customers in your country.

All orders are processed and shipped on business days only; Monday through Saturday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Sunday or on holidays will be processed on the next business day. Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours after payment has cleared.

We respect all our clients/consumers, and independent sellers’ privacy. The information you provide will not be given to any third party.

NO! Couleurs Cosmetics, INC. products are NOT tested on animals! All ingredients are also listed on the box of our products.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However please contact customer service immediately via email at Couleurscosmetics@gmail.com

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that he or she enters their shipping address correctly. Please ensure the address you are entering is complete and accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for packages shipped with insufficient or undeliverable addresses.

If your order has already shipped, we cannot modify the address. If your package is undeliverable, you will be notified as soon as the package is returned to us.
